Whether you're a seasoned aerialist or have just dipped your toes into the hammock, this session is designed to elevate your movement.

We'll begin with a dynamic warm-up, preparing your body to explore a captivating blend of geometric and organic shapes. Existing aerial yoga students will find this workshop a perfect opportunity to delve deeper, refining complex poses and transitions for those "Insta-worthy" moments.

Expect a playful, supportive environment where you'll build strength, flexibility, and body awareness through fluid transitions and creative poses – from stunning star shapes to graceful arcs.

We'll conclude with a gentle cool-down, ensuring you leave feeling both exhilarated and grounded. A prerequisite of at least one aerial yoga class is recommended.
